Owner and founder of The Wright Edge, Doc Wright is a proud graduate of Texas Tech University. Doc was struggling with the daily grind, working as a Geologist in the oil industry, when he started woodworking on the side. There, he found his true calling.
Doc lives and breathes for the passion of custom woodworking, and his meticulous scientific approach brings a new level of innovative craftsmanship to each and every Wright Edge Piece.

The beautiful exotic woods we use in our handmade custom woodworking projects are responsibly sourced from Costa Rica and from overseas by underwater wood harvesters.
